CM Finance Inc. (NASDAQ:CMFN) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of unsecured notes due 2023. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional Notes representing up to 15% of the offered amount of Notes from the Company to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its existing revolving financing facility, invest in middle market companies in accordance with its investment objective and for general corporate purposes.

Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE:HTGC), announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of $75.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.25% notes due 2025. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund investments in accordance with its investment objective, to make acquisitions, to retire certain debt obligations and for other general corporate purposes.

OFS Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:OFS) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of $43.8 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.375% notes due 2025. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $6,562,500 aggregate principal amount of Notes to cover any allotments, which has been partially exercised for total gross proceeds of $46.3 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund investments in debt and equity securities in accordance with its investment objective, repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and for other general corporate purposes.
