If you’re looking for inspiration for investing in a more equitable Philadelphia, join Technical.ly and Generocity at this week’s virtual Philly Forward Forum.

The Dec. 17 event will feature speakers that aim to disrupt intergenerational poverty, dismantle systemic racism and promote upward mobility in the city. Key ideas include capital mobilization and closing the racial wealth gap. By convening social impact leaders and private investors, Philly Forward Forum hopes to call attention to the many existing and potential opportunities for local investment.

Both Technically Media brands aim to highlight innovative and sustainable ways to invest in local communities: Technical.ly convenes the smartest people and organizations to help local communities thrive in the future, especially focusing on tech, entrepreneurship and innovation. Generocity writes not just about the nonprofit community in Philadelphia, but how missions are executed to generate positive social impact. Accordingly, the two will serve as media partners and sponsors for the Forum — a natural fit, aligning in mission.
