Firm Representing 175,000 SF in Class-A five-story building for Signature Acquisitions in northern New Jersey
The New Jersey Avison Young office announced it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 100 Kimball Drive, a 175,000-square-foot, Class-A office building in Parsippany, NJ.
The Avison Young leasing team led by Principal and Managing Director Jeff Heller, along with Principal Bill McCaffrey, and Associate Evan Bernard are the leasing agents for the property on behalf Signature.
The five-story office building was built in 2007 and is currently 100% leased to Deloitte Touche. The property features high-end finishes and state-of-the-art technological systems, as well as a full suite of amenities that include a fitness center, café and multiple video conference rooms.
