Mitchell Reading
Tactix Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce that Mitchell J Reading has joined its team of tenant advocates. Mitch, formerly a First Vice President and 15-year veteran of CBRE, felt that a move to Tactix was a natural fit for both the best interests of his as well as his own career.
“The lessons learned and relationships developed at my former company were vast and for clients’ that I’ll always be grateful; but the chance to team with some of the most skilled and experienced real estate experts in the region is a special opportunity I could not pass up. I was also drawn to the purity of purpose at Tactix where we only represent tenants and, therefore, avoid the inevitable conflicts of interest I encountered in a dual agency firm,” stated Mitch. Mitch will continue his practice in advising companies throughout suburban Philadelphia, where he has managed or co-managed more than two and a half million square feet of real estate transactions throughout his career.
Glenn Blumenfeld, managing principal of Tactix, said “When you get an opportunity to bring in someone with Mitch’s character, skills and experience, you jump at it. As we continue to grow our area presence and move towards re-opening a suburban office, Mitch will be an integral part of our Tactix team moving forward.”
