Clear Thinking Group LLC announced today that it has been retained as Sellers' Representative by the shareholders and estate of Vincent Camuto as part of the previously announced transaction with DSW Inc. and Authentic Brands Group. In its role as Sellers' Representative, Clear Thinking Group will work with the shareholders and estate to manage certain administrative matters related to the transaction. Prior to the sale, Clear Thinking Group was retained by Camuto Group to assist with various process and performance initiatives.
