Cloud-based data backup/restore provider takes 30,000 square feet at 940 Sylvan Avenue, Class A office building within Sylvan Corporate Center.
JLL has completed a new transaction for Andalex at 940 Sylvan Avenue, located within the Sylvan Corporate Center in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., with OwnBackup Ltd. The cloud-based data backup and restore provider signed a lease for approximately 30,000 square feet of office space at the Class A office building.
Sylvan Corporate Center is represented by Frank D. Recine, executive managing director, and Nicolas DeCotiis, associate, both with JLL. OwnBackup was represented by Jason Fray, senior managing director; and Harlan Hollander, senior vice president, both with Savills Studley.

OwnBackup completed an 11-year lease for 30,000 square feet of office space and will occupy the entire 1st floor at 940 Sylvan Avenue, which is located near the intersection of Sage Road and Sylvan Avenue/Route 9W, in Englewood Cliffs.
JLL was selected by ownership as exclusive leasing agent for Sylvan Corporate Center, located at 910, 920, 930 and 940 Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., in 2017. Sylvan Corporate Center comprises four, three-story office buildings, totaling 270,000 square feet of Class A office space, all linked by a central lobby. The office complex includes on-site food service, covered parking and on-site management, as well as state-of-the-art telecommunications and infrastructure.
