Technologists and makers interested in changing healthcare (for the better) can spend a weekend prototyping at the upcoming Jefferson Health Hack, which kicks off Nov. 2 in Center City.
Robert Pugliese, Director of Innovation Design at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, said they expect some 200 participants from all kinds of backgrounds — nurses, coders, engineers, designers — to pitch ideas across the hackathon’s three tracks:
Wearables and Data Science
Healthcare with No Address (aka decentralized or remote medicine)
Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp
