Jeff Palmer to play leading role in the continually growing Project & Development Services group at JLL

JLL is pleased to announce the hire of Jeff Palmer as Director in the Project & Development Services group (PDS)—effective immediately. Splitting time between JLL’s Center City office and its Wilmington, Del. office, Palmer will serve the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware areas, ensuring a top-quality level of guidance, development and strategic execution across JLL clients.

“We are so happy to welcome Jeff to the team,” said Vice President & Director, Projects, Dodie Williams. “He brings extensive knowledge and leadership to the table, which we are excited to share internally and with our clients.”

With 20 years of experience in corporate real estate and project management, Palmer has executed more than 300 projects and more than 10,000 employee relocations, valuing $175+ million dollars. He comes to JLL from Chubb (formerly ACE) Real Estate Project Management, where he spent the last 17 years.

Palmer graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Degree of Science and Interior Design.
