WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGRX)  announced that the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of David Pernock to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective as of September 1, 2018. In addition to his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Pernock will continue to serve as the Company’s President.
