HFF Announces the Sale of Single-tenant CVS Pharmacy in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the sale of an 11,900-square-foot, single-tenant retail building leased to CVS Pharmacy in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

completed the sale of two additional single-tenant retail buildings leased to CVS in the Lehigh Valley earlier this year.

Situated on 1.26 acres at 1601 Liberty Street, the CVS is one of only two 24-hour CVS Pharmacies within a 30-mile radius, and the property is located less than two miles from Muhlenburg College. The property is in Allentown, which is in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, and is about 75 miles west of New York City and 50 miles northwest of Philadelphia. More than 140,000 residents earning an average annual household income of $63,571 live within a three-mile radius of the CVS. CVS has occupied the building on a net-lease basis since 1999 and has more than 19 years remaining on its lease term.
