Westside Apartments and Shopping Expansion Brings 54 New Apartment Homes to Phoenixville

Westside Apartments and Shopping, Phoenixville’s newest apartment and retail community, opened for leasing in Spring 2017. This exciting addition to the already vibrant scene of Phoenixville has been instrumental in bringing homes and everyday convenience to a desolate corner on Route 23. Blending the unique charm and excitement of the nearby town center with a scenic oasis just minutes away, Westside has something for everyone. The impressive success and demand of this project has led developer, Longview Property Group, to expand the apartment community and bring an additional 54 homes to Phoenixville.

The new apartment homes are on Rapps Dam Road, across the street from the original development site, and mirror the size, style and design of the community’s original apartments. Studio, one and two bedroom homes with square footages ranging from 680 sq. ft. – 1,141 sq. ft. are available from rents starting at $1,299 and topping out around $1,850 per month. The expansion also includes garages available for rental.

The 15 remaining homes are currently offering limited time move-in specials and are anticipated to be off the market in the next few weeks.

Westside Apartments and Shopping is a win for Phoenixville. The apartment tenants have given the property glowing recommendations and The Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce honored the project with the 2018 Business Development Award. Local Phoenixville residents have also shared that they are thrilled that this project has replaced the “eyesore” that previously occupied Westside’s development plot.
