Five Colliers International commercial real estate leasing and sales specialists in New Jersey have been named among CoStar’s 2017 Power Brokers. The research organization also recognized Colliers International as being among New Jersey’s top leasing firms and sales firms. The Power Broker awards are presented to companies and individuals who close the highest transaction volume in their respective markets throughout a given year.
Colliers’ Richard J. Madison was honored for office leasing; while Kelly Bayer and Nancy E. Erickson were recognized for retail leasing volume. Industrial leasing honorees included Colliers’ Michael Markey and Jonathan B. Tesser.
