HFF Announces $1.45M Financing for Industrial Warehouse in Reading, Pennsylvania

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the $1.45 million financing for a 70,000-square-foot, fully occupied, single-tenant industrial warehouse at 2600 Beltline Avenue in Reading, Pennsylvania.

The HFF team worked on behalf of the borrower, J&R Investments, to secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loan with a local money center bank.

Situated on 5.82 acres at 2600 Beltline Avenue, the property is adjacent to the intersection of Highway 12 and U.S. Route 22, which runs directly through the heart of Berks County; is the principal link through Reading, Allentown and Lancaster; and provides a connection to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76). 2600 Beltline Avenue features 24- to 26-foot clear heights, 21 dock doors and 40 by 40 column spacing. The building is home to S&H Express, a transportation and logistics services company.
