Fairless Hills, PA – September 4, 2018–CBRE has arranged a 65,068 square-foot lease for Funzilla—an indoor entertainment center—at the Fairless Hills Shopping Center located on Route 1 and Arleans Avenue in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.
The adventure park, which is owned and operated by two military veterans, offers a wide range of activities from multi-level indoor go-karts, wall-to-wall trampolines, arcade games, climbing walls, ninja obstacles, dodgeball, a three-level playground with slides and a dedicated toddler zone, among other things.
CBRE’s Jay Miller and Jim Creed represented both the property’s owner, The Klein Group, and the tenant during negotiations.

Funzilla will occupy the former Pathmark site and is slated to open for business this winter. The indoor facility will be open seven days a week and will offer a food café, free Wi-Fi and televisions for sporting events. Additionally, Funzilla will have dedicated times and weekly special programs to cater to various age groups, including young children with special needs.
The property is located in close proximity to Interstate 95 and Routes 1 and 13. Other tenants at the shopping center include Retro Fitness and Big Lots!, among others.
