Eric Wahlers Hired as Managing Director, Tenant Representation for JLL Philadelphia

JLL is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Wahlers as leader of the newly-formed Tenant Representation Leasing practice, effective immediately. Wahlers will focus his efforts on client services, business development, and successful delivery of real estate services for mid-size and large occupiers across the Greater Philadelphia region. He will also provide advisory services for national and global portfolio accounts. With more than 15 years of experience, Wahlers will mentor brokers and analysts coming through JLL Philadelphia’s pipeline of exceptional young talent.

Wahlers is a valued voice in the overall leadership of the Philadelphia market, coordinating directly with Market Director and Broker Lead Mike Morrone, Chief Operating Officer Tony Juliano, and other members of the local leadership team across all service lines.

JLL’s Tenant Representation Leasing practice will focus solely on tenant advocacy which will negate any conflict of interest and give the team flexibility to craft aggressive and creative transactions in the market.

Wahlers previously worked for Gola Corporate Real Estate Inc. and specialized in tenant advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
