Lands’ End and Club Pilates Join Roster of Major Retailers at Whole Foods Anchored Center in Bound Brook, NJ
In two transactions arranged by CBRE, Lands' End and Club Pilates have respectively and separately leased 6,053 sq. ft. and 1,820 sq. ft. of retail space at Chimney Rock Shopping Center in Bound Brook, New Jersey. Lands’ End, an American clothing and home decor retailer, and Club Pilates, a national boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classesmodernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, join a roster of high-profile national retail tenants at Regency Center’s 218,000 sq. ft. development, anchored by Whole Foods.
The CBRE team of John Hanlon and Ellada Davidova represented Regency Centers in the lease negotiations. CBRE is currently marketing the last three remaining end-cap spaces, comprised of 2,000 sq. ft., 2,560 sq. ft. and 2,650 sq. ft. The average asking rent is $65-per-sq.-ft. Glenn Beyer of RKF represented Lands’ End while Florian Suserman of Ripco Real Estate Corp. negotiated on behalf of Club Pilates.
