In a transaction arranged by CBRE, all-natural frozen foods company, Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods, signed along-term 56,760-sq.-ft.industrial lease at 180 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison, New Jersey.Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods will occupy the only large freezer space available in the 354,000-sq.-ft. warehouse facility.

The CBRE team of Scott Belfer, Lou Belfer and Nicholas Nitti arranged the lease on behalf of the building ownership, New York Life (NJIND Raritan Center, LLC).

“Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods required freezer space in a central location to meet its very specific distribution requirements,” said Scott Belfer, senior vice president. “The fully racked freezer space at 180 Raritanoffers temperatures as low as -20 degrees, a unique feature in the market.”

180 Raritan Center Parkway is located near the New Jersey Turnpike, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, The George Washington Bridge, Newark International Airport and the Port.
