Patricia Barbarito, Managing Partner of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito and Frost PC, has been named a winner of the 17th Annual Women Worth Watching® Award presented by Profiles in Diversity Journal. The award recognizes and celebrates the commitment and achievements of top female executives.

Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, Barbarito first worked at Einhorn Harris as a summer associate during her second year of law school, when the Denville-based law firm had only three attorneys. Upon graduating from Seton Hall, she joined the firm as an associate and quickly progressed to partner after only four years. Her commitment to the firm and her clients was recognized further when she became Managing Partner nearly 20 years ago. She currently holds that position as well as Chair of the Board of the firm, which now has 32 attorneys and 68 staff.
