CBRE announced today that it has arranged a lease for Viva Chicken at Churchman’s Place Shopping Center located at 1103 Churchmans Road in Newark, Delaware. The new location marks Viva Chicken’s tenth store overall, and its first store outside of North Carolina and Utah.

CBRE senior vice president Matthew Mandel represented Viva Chicken during the lease negotiations, while NAI Emory Hill’s Jim O’Hara represented the landlord, Fusco Management.

“Viva is a great restaurant concept with delicious fresh food and a unique flavor profile,” said Mr. Mandel. “I am excited to assist with their continued expansion throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.”

Known widely for its Pollo a la Brasa, Viva Chicken is a fast-casual Peruvian rotisserie chicken restaurant based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 92-seat Newark store opens to the public on Wednesday, July 11.
