Catch A Demo Of Tern Water’s Smart Faucet At #HealthyPhilly

Tern Water’s long-awaited flagship product — a smart faucet that tracks usage and quality in real time — is expected to be made available to the public in September, after being under development since 2014.

The event will also feature a conversation with Scott Mazo, founder and CEO of real estate developer University Place Associates, who will share his company’s approach to sustainable building. The firm, known for developing the 98,000-square-foot University Place 2.0 building on West Philly’s Powelton Avenue, has two more projects underway and boasts of engineering them under LEED Platinum sustainability standards.
