On The Market: Why Did O3 World Have A Growth Spurt?

At digital design agency O3 World, the staff of 31 was getting a bit cramped inside a 6,300-square-foot office.

Over the coming months, it also plans to tack on three to five more employees to the squad, so CEO Keith Scandone decided it was time to expand the HQ with an additional 1,600 square feet of space. Scandone, who cofounded the agency in 2005, said there are both new and old business driving his company’s expansion.

“It’s a combination of growth inside existing account relationships and new client relationships as well,” Scandone, of Society Hill, told Technical.ly. “We’re being relied on more and more as business consultants in the digital space for clients so it’s enabling us to play a more pivotal role in the companies’ larger strategy around their digital products. The difference is that we’re consulting and delivering on the design and development recommendations we’re making as well.”
