The buyer, Huntsville-based, LSINC Corporation supports commercial and federal clients with product development, engineering, strategy development, strategic communications, intelligence and counterintelligence and security services. The company plans to use the facility for its corporate headquarters and for product development, machining, prototyping and manufacturing.

Constructed in 2000, the facility features 15,300 sq. ft. of management and staff area and 36,000 sq. ft. R&D and laboratory facilities including receiving and shipping areas off a common dock, plus electrical, mechanical rooms and storage rooms. The property is ideally located in Cummings Research Park approximately two and one-half miles from I-565 and five miles from Huntsville International Airport.
