6/13/18

Kimco Realty (NYSE:KIM) and Alterra Property Group announced that leasing is officially underway for Lincoln Square, the new hub of contemporary living and retail located along Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts. Complete with stunning city views, best-in-class amenities and highly sought-after retailers, future residents are invited to tour model units and experience all that Lincoln Square has to offer. The building will be ready for occupancy this July.

A variety of apartment layouts are available at Lincoln Square, including studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and three bedrooms, all equipped with quartz countertops, GE and Blomberg stainless steel appliances, Bosche washers and dryers and MechoShade blinds. Select units also have a terrace or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space.

Residents will have access to 50,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor amenity space as well, including a beautiful green roof with panoramic views of the Center City skyline, an outdoor grilling area, fire pits, a TV lounge, movie wall and a rooftop dog run. An outdoor fitness area with a running track and a fitness club with on-demand workouts will also be available for resident use. The indoor amenity space is comprised of two indoor club rooms, a full game room, a golf simulator, demonstration kitchen, work bar with full connectivity and conference rooms. Lincoln Square also has an on-site garage with over 400 parking spaces, and ample bike storage with a bike service station.

Spanning a full city block at the crossroads of Broad Street and Washington Avenue, Lincoln Square includes specialty and general retailers designed to meet the needs of everyday life. Philadelphia’s first-ever Sprouts Farmers Market, an organic and natural grocery store, will occupy the space in the historic train shed on-site. Additional confirmed retailers include Target, PetSmart, Starbucks, Fine Wine & Good Spirits and Sprint. Premier shopping and dining destinations along Passyunk Avenue and throughout Center City are also just a short walk or subway ride away, as are Philadelphia’s iconic historic attractions, popular entertainment venues and sporting complexes.

“We are thrilled to officially kick off leasing for Lincoln Square and bring this Signature Series project to the public,” said Tom Simmons, President, Mid-Atlantic Region at Kimco Realty. www.lincolnsquare.com or call 267-548-3274.
