Good morning, and welcome to the Comcast Corporation 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
I would now like to turn the meeting over to Brian L. Roberts, Chairman and CEO of Comcast.

Thank you, operator, and good morning. Welcome everyone to Comcast 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I will be serving as Chairman of this meeting. I declare that this meeting is duly convened, properly organized and confident to transact business. The polls are open and shareholders may vote until the official business portion of the meeting has been completed. The rules of conduct that will govern this meeting are posted on the website for this meeting.
Joining me today is David Cohen, Senior Executive Vice President, who’ll act as moderator for the meeting; and Art Block, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, who’ll act as Secretary of the meeting. In addition, members of our senior management team and our Board of Directors are attending the meeting.
I’d like to thank and recognize the outstanding service of Johnathan Rodgers who reached our mandatory retirement age and is not standing for reelection, and really thank him for his service to the company and wish him well in his future.
I am also pleased to announce a new director nominee standing for election for the first time this year, Maritza Montiel, a former Deputy CEO and Vice Chairman of Deloitte & Touche. Welcome to Maritza. Also attending the meeting are John Malvisi and Robert Grasso, who are partners with Deloitte & Touche, our independent auditors.
