Edward Chandler
Edward Chandler of Bound Brook, N.J., has been promoted to senior property manager at Levin Management Corporation (LMC), announced Gilbert Bankston, vice president of property management for the North Plainfield-based commercial real estate services firm.
Chandler joined LMC in 2007 as assistant property manager and was promoted to property manager in 2009. He oversees the operation of a portfolio of shopping centers. In addition to supervising day-to-day operations, this includes establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
“Edward is a tremendous asset to our property management team, and we congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion,” said Bankston. “It is always very gratifying to be able to promote individuals from within our organization. Chandler is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently is working toward his Certified Property Manager accreditation. “It’s been extremely rewarding to grow my career at Levin Management,” he said. “I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued progress while driving additional value to our third-party clients and their properties.”
