Bunting to the position of Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. In this role, Ms. Bunting will lead the company’s strategies for expansion into new global markets as well as spearhead the launch of new platforms including advanced cell therapy characterization and enhanced high dimensional data analysis.

Over the last 5 years, Ms. Bunting has successfully established the FlowMetric brand as a leading contract research organization in custom flow cytometry services and achieved significant increases in revenue and growth year over year. “Rachel has been central to our success and we are thrilled to promote her to Vice President. Ms. Bunting joined the company in 2013 as the Director of Business Development and established a highly dynamic Sales and Marketing team while in the role of Sr. Director of Global Business Development and Marketing.

Ms. Bunting received her MS in Molecular Pathology from the University of Texas at Houston in 2005 and subsequently earned her MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Drexel’s Lebow College of Business in 2010. Prior to joining FlowMetric, Ms. Bunting served on the Global Women’s Leadership Initiative at J&J and further supported the advancement of women’s leadership initiatives by heading a team to launch an online global mentoring program called Mentoring Works!™. Ms. Bunting has also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).
