PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Glenmede Trust Company, a privately-held and independently owned investment and wealth management firm with $40 billion in assets under management (AUM), today announced the appointments of Stephen C. Lehman, CFA, as Chief Investment Officer for Endowments & Foundations, and Jason Pride, CFA, as Chief Investment Officer for the Private Client business. Both continue to report to Gordon B. Fowler, Glenmede’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
The establishment of dedicated Chief Investment Officers is a natural extension of Glenmede’s commitment to providing specialized and tailored investment acumen and execution. In his new role, Lehman oversees investment strategy and portfolio allocation decisions, including manager selection and tactical rebalancing, for all endowment, foundation and nonprofit clients. Pride, a leading member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee, is responsible for defining the macroeconomic market outlook and investment strategy framework governing allocation of private client assets.

Lehman joined Glenmede to manage the Pew trusts in 2001 from Columbia University, where he had been Senior Director of investments for the endowment fund. Pride joined the firm as Director of Investment Strategy in 2009 from the Haverford Trust Company, where he served as Director of Research.
