NSM Insurance Group, one of the leading program administrators of niche industry-specific programs, announced that Marc Castellucci has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.

Castellucci has spent several years in a variety of claims leadership roles, most recently as the Vice President of Claims for American Family Insurance. Throughout his career, he has been the primary architect and implementation leader of multiple innovation and operational improvement efforts at Liberty Mutual, and the driver of significant turnaround in claims performance at American Family. The Philadelphia native is a recognized leader for engineering innovations, new product and process design, as well as operational execution.
