Assist America, Inc., provider of global emergency assistance services, announced today the promotion of Ernesto T. Estillore to Chief Financial Officer. Ernesto joined Assist America in November of 2015 as Director of Finance and quickly became an integral part of the executive management team across all of Assist America's markets.

"Since joining the company, Ernesto has been instrumental in directing the implementation of our strategic business plans and developing financial and tax strategies across all of our domestic and international operations," said Brian Mulligan, Assist America's CEO.

In his new role, Ernesto will be responsible for ensuring that Assist America is run the most efficient and effective way possible. "As CFO, I will continue to work with everyone to identify areas where we can improve and give our company a competitive edge in the marketplace," explained Ernesto.
