Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Ms. Simon was a partner at Schwartz, Simon, Edelstein & Celso in Whippany, NJ, where she made herself known as a pioneer in the field of Special Education Law. Ms. Simon played a major role in the firm's school board representation in all legal, labor and special education matters. In addition, she was consistently offered the opportunity to counsel New Jerseyschool board clients ranging from day-to-day matters to complex special education litigation.

Reflecting on her years in the practice, Ms. Simon stated, "Since special education is a very specialized and complex area of the law, there is no substitute for experience. It is only with years of experience that an attorney can understand the nuances of the procedural and substantive aspects of special education laws and cases.
