HARRISBURG, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Scott Pinchak, senior director with BNY Mellon Wealth Management, will be recognized as one of the CentralPenn Business Journal’s 2017 Forty Under 40 award recipients for his commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community service at an evening reception and awards program at the Hilton Harrisburg. This year marks the program’s 23rd anniversary.
Pinchak is responsible for overseeing the Central Pennsylvania region for BNY Mellon Wealth Management and for business development efforts in the region’s private wealth management practice. Pinchak has reached many significant milestones during his career with BNY Mellon Wealth Management. In 2016 and 2017, he ranked in the top five percent of the firm in terms of new sales revenue. He was selected in 2016 as one of 13 high-performing advisors across the country to participate in BNY Mellon’s elite advisor program.
As a certified exit planning advisor (CEPA), Pinchak created a national M&A practice group within BNY Mellon, which now has more than 100 active members across the country. This niche specialization helps business owners make the successful transition from owner to investor. Pinchak is also involved in community and philanthropic organizations including the Harrisburg Area YMCA, the Whitaker Center and the Cumberland Valley School District Junior Achievement organization.
