In this expanded executive role, Clayton will focus on client engagement and management, driving growth in his practice area, and providing consulting services that include finance transformation, change management, process improvement, and implementation support.

Clayton has more than 20 years of experience with strategic planning, continuous process improvement, cost containment, audit and controls, and project management. Prior to joining AC Lordi, he was Cigna’s Senior Director, Business Projects, where he led a $150 million finance transformation project that included multi-year initiatives focusing on upgrading foundational technology in the finance department and optimizing business models along with their associated processes. Prior to Cigna, he served as Global Project Controller for Towers Watson, as well as several strategic finance and IT roles in a variety of industries.
