Cradles to Crayons Appoints Four New Members to its Board of Directors

Cradles to Crayons®, a nonprofit organization that provides children from birth through age 12 living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive, is pleased to announce the appointment of four notable Philadelphia leaders to its Board of Directors. These four corporate leaders will join Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia in its effort to provide for children in need and administer additional support to the Cradles to Crayons’ National Board of Directors.

Joining Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia's Board of Directors are Debbie Cohen, retired General Counsel of Accolade, INC., Joan Docktor, President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, Chris Miller, Market Executive, Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management, and Lee Yohannan, active entrepreneur and Founding Partner of Liquidhub. Together, the board members will collaborate to actively build awareness of the nonprofit both on a local and national level.

Debbie Cohen joins Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia’s board with extensive experience in complex commercial arbitration and litigation, with a concentration in the insurance and reinsurance field. She also served as a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, chairing the Insurance and Reinsurance Group. Cohen holds several recognitions, including - but not limited to Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, the International Who’s Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers, Top Attorneys in Philadelphia and Philadelphia’s Top Rated Lawyers.

As the President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors®, Joan Docktor is a driving force in the growth of the company. Docktor has a passion for giving back to the community, which can be seen through her role as Vice President of Fox & Roach Charities, which addresses the needs of children and families in stressful life circumstances, and has raised $5.2 million dollars to benefit more than 250 local organizations. In addition to the board of Cradles to Crayons, Docktor is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of The Realty Alliance, Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of TREND Multiple Listing Service, and is on the Board of Managers of the National Broker Public Portal.

A true leader, Chris Miller joins the board as a financial service leader with over 21 years of experience in Wealth Management. Having carried several leadership roles within his current company, Miller is currently responsible for the day to day leadership of the Suburban Philadelphia Market for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management in Wayne, PA.

Founding Partner of Liquidhub and Partner and Executive Chairman of Paycommerce Inc, Lee Yohannan, has a knack for entrepreneurship and is accomplished in technology and business innovation. Yohannan is a community leader who believes integrity, strong will and passion are the underlying elements to create the foundation for growth stage organizations. He has been recognized for turning into successful businesses.
