WESCO International Announces Timothy Hibbard Retirement

WESCO International, Inc. (NYSE: WCC), a leading provider of electrical, industrial, and communications MRO and OEM products, construction materials and advanced supply chain management and logistics services, today announced that Timothy A. Hibbard, Vice President and Corporate Controller, has elected to retire from WESCO, effective October 19. Mr. Hibbard's departure does not reflect any dispute or disagreement over financial reporting matters. A search is underway for his successor.
