Colliers International arranged the sale of 55 Autopark Boulevard in the Rte. 422 Autoplex in Limerick, PA. The 22,818-square-foot Nissan dealership facility was sold by the Fred Beans Family of Dealerships to the Bush Auto Group.

Colliers sold the Nissan franchise and leased the property to the Bush Group in 2014.

Richard Weitzman, VP of Colliers International’s retail division in Philadelphia, was the sole broker in these transactions.
