North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Orchestrates 4,050-SF Lease
Orangetheory Fitness is joining the growing tenant roster at Bradford Plaza in West Chester, announced Levin Management, the property’s exclusive managing and leasing agent. Known for its cardiovascular and strength training classes, the national fitness franchise has leased 4,050 square feet at the 161,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center.
Levin Leasing Representative Barry Borsky negotiated the long-term lease. Windsor Realty Group, LLC represented the tenant.

Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a-kind group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, the Orangetheory Fitness workout incorporates endurance, strength and power elements through a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension training and free weights.
The Orangetheory Fitness commitment represents the second new tenant signed recently at Bradford Plaza. Optical provider New Vision Family Eye Care leased 2,300 square feet earlier this summer.
Anchored by Giant Foods, the leading grocer in Chester County, Bradford Plaza is home to national tenants such as Petco, Dollar Tree, Walgreens and Sally Beauty Supply. The center also includes a Giant Fuel Station; a Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits store; and a complementary mix of local retailers, restaurants and service providers.
Leasing opportunities at Bradford Plaza range from 1,300 square feet to 7,900 square feet and include a 4,300-square-foot, build-to-suit pad site.
Bradford Plaza is located at the busy intersection of Downingtown Pike (Route 322) and West Strasburg Road (Route 162) in proximity to downtown West Chester, West Chester University and 16 public schools. The property boasts a daily traffic count of 63,500 vehicles. More than 105,000 people comprise the growing population within a five-mile radius of Bradford Plaza, and that same area also boasts an average household income in excess of $112,000.
