A global asset management executive with extensive business development experience, McDonnell most recently served as Senior Vice President and Equity Marketing Specialist at PIMCO in New York. Prior to joining PIMCO, McDonnell held various business development roles covering the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

McDonnell will focus on strengthening Cooke & Bieler’s relationships with investment consultants across the U.S. and in Europe. His appointment deepens the firm’s depth of expertise and brings a fresh perspective to the practice as consultants continue to play a significant role in securing and maintaining institutional mandates.
