Lieberman Earley & Company, has negotiated the sale of a 42,000 square foot office building located in The Whiteland Business Campus at 782 Springdale Drive, Chester, PA.
Philip Earley, a Principal of Lieberman Earley & Co., and JoAnn West, a Senior Sales Associate
in cooperation with Charlene Tucker of Interland Real Estate Company represented the Seller, Seven Whiteland Plaza Associates. The Buyer, West Chester School District was represented by Jim Dare of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Sale price of the property was $3,500,000.
According to Earley, the School District will move its administrative offices to 7 Whiteland Plaza sometime in early 2017. The building located off Lincoln Highway (Route 30) is within the bucolic landscape of the Whiteland Business Park and is perfect for a full building user. Its proximity to the Route 30 By-Pass, Routes 202 & Route 100 make it an ideal location for the home of West Chester School District. Neighbors within the park include West Chester University School of Nursing and Delaware County Community College.
