Morristown-based Team Heading Marketing for 680,000-SF Office Campus

Keystone Property Group, a leading real estate developer, manager and investor of mixed-use properties, has named Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive leasing agent for 30 Knightsbridge Road, a 680,000-square-foot, Class A office campus in Piscataway. William O’Keefe, Charlie Parmelli and Brandon DeGraff, based in the commercial real estate services firm’s Morristown, N.J., office, are heading the assignment.

The Cushman & Wakefield team is marketing 50,000 square feet of available office space and a 115,000-square-foot data center at 30 Knightsbridge Road.
