Dorado Systems, Inc., a leading national healthcare EDI platform, announced its Director of Strategic Partnerships, Lora Carr, has been elected to the Board of Directors of NJ HIMSS.
NJ HIMSS, the New Jersey Chapter of the national organization HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society), is a non-profit organization focused on providing leadership in healthcare information technology management. The Chapter promotes professional approaches to the operation, development, and improvement of health care information and management systems that support the provision of high quality patient care at the lowest practical cost.
Lora Carr graduated from Dickinson College and is an experienced entrepreneur and sales and marketing executive focusing on technology and healthcare. Lora has served on other non-profit boards and has held several leadership positions in community organizations in Haddonfield, NJ, where she lives with her family.
