Real Estate Industry Professional Brings 15 Years of Experience to New Role
E.J. Moawad of Rutherford, N.J., has joined commercial real estate services firm Levin Management as a leasing representative. The North Plainfield-based organization maintains a growing leasing and management portfolio that encompasses approximately 95 properties and more than 13 million square feet.
In his new role, Moawad is responsible for leasing and marketing efforts at eight New York/New Jersey properties within Levin’s shopping center portfolio: Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, N.Y.; 35-71 South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue, N.Y.; Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City, N.J.; Quick Chek Center in Bayonne, N.J.; West Orange Plaza in West Orange, N.J.; St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge, N.J.; Blue Star Shopping Center in Watchung, N.J.; and Edgewater Harbor in Edgewater, N.J.

Moawad brings 10 years of diverse real estate industry knowledge to Levin Management, offering expertise in tenant and landlord representation, contract negotiation, site selection, and relationship management. He has completed numerous transactions with major developers including Mack-Cali, Vornado Realty Trust, Port Authority of NY and NJ, Silverstein Properties, the LeFrak and Trump Organizations, among many others.
Prior to joining Levin, Moawad was senior leasing director for NJR Group, a full-service real estate brokerage firm. He is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson.
