Stradley Ronon Partner Eric M. Hurwitz served as a presenter for the webinar, “Pennsylvania Foreclosure & Repossession Compliance,” on July 14, hosted by Lorman Education Services. The webinar discussed the latest laws and regulations pertaining to Pennsylvania foreclosures and vehicle repossessions. It also addressed common claims and remedies for violations of consumer finance laws pertaining to foreclosures and repossessions.

Hurwitz focuses his litigation practice on defending financial institutions from claims arising out of nearly every type of consumer and commercial financial product. He has extensive experience defending both single plaintiff and class action lawsuits against banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, student lenders, credit card companies, auto finance companies, debt collection companies and other financial services institutions.
