Formerly Executive Vice President of Development, Mr. Grabaskas will be responsible for the operations blueprint and execution while leading the company's DeNovo and M&A (merger and acquisition) development as well as operations, marketing/sales and information technology management teams. Mr. Grabaskas will report to PHOENIX's President and CEO, David D. Watson, PT.

A graduate of Ohio State University, Grabaskas provides more than 25 years of experience in the physical therapy industry, driving organic and non-organic growth thru operational efficiencies and new development toPHOENIX. Prior to joining PHOENIX in 2014, Grabaskas served as Chief Operating Officer for Physiotherapy Associates Inc., with previous posts as Regional VP and Area Regional VP for Benchmark Medical Inc.
