PHILADELPHIA, PA. July 14, 2016: Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C., one of the City’s leading commercial real estate law firms, is pleased to announce that Gregg I. Perchick, Esq. has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. His practice will focus on representing corporate real estate clients in purchases, sales, and leases of commercial real estate nationwide.
Gregg has experience representing landlords, tenants, lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions throughout the nation, both for leading large firms in Philadelphia and for a commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Immediately prior to joining Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C., he was underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company, where he made underwriting decisions in hundreds of real estate transactions. Gregg brings this significant experience to the firm to assist his and the firm's clients in closing complicated transactions as smoothly and quickly as possible. Gregg is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a certified arbitrator for the First Judicial District, Common Pleas Court, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was a mediator for the Philadelphia Family Court. Gregg resides in Center City Philadelphia and has two children.
A native of the Philadelphia area, Gregg earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College, received an MBA from the University of Delaware School of Business and Economics, and graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law cum laude in 2002, where he was a member and editor of the Temple Law Review.
