CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) is pleased to announce that it has brokered a lease for Real Food Eatery, a casual, health-friendly restaurant located at 1528 Walnut Street in Center City. CBRE Retail’s Jackie Balin represented the tenant during the transaction.
The restaurant, which is owned by lifelong friends turned business partners John Colasante and Mike Mangold, will offer healthy, satisfying, inexpensive options. Customers can choose between a salad and a “Real Plate”—a meal consisting of a green or grain that will come with two sides. Real Food Eatery has committed to not use any vegetable oil or added sugar to their dishes.
The new 1,700 square-foot restaurant, which is replacing The Lite Choice ice cream shop, is expected to open this month.
