Tracy Grajewski
PITTSBURGH, June 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, today announced that Tracy Grajewski, a veteran human resources and organizational change executive, has joined the firm as a Partner in its Pittsburgh office.
“Tracy’s expertise in change leadership, talent acquisition and executive coaching will reinforce Boyden’s presence both at regional and national levels,” said Thomas Flannery, Leader of Boyden’s Board Services Practice in North America and Managing Partner at Boyden Pittsburgh. “In addition, her previous experience as a senior executive in healthcare and life sciences will bring extremely valuable sector experience to Boyden.”
Prior to joining Boyden, Grajewski founded Laurel Summit Insights, a consulting firm geared to the unique business needs of clients undergoing transformation. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at an integrated delivery insurer Highmark Health, where she led an organizational redesign in tandem with the integration of a large acquisition. She served as Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Highmark prior to her promotion to SVP.
Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at HR consulting firm Mercer, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Merck. She began her career in staffing and recruiting at Corestates Financial.
Grajewski has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and Spanish from Juniata College, where she currently serves as an Alumni Trustee. She also holds an MBA in Transformational Leadership and Human Resources from Syracuse University.
