Early-stage investor First Round Capital is seeking to raise $220 million for its seventh fund, according to a pair of regulatory filings. 

The fund is 25 percent larger than the $175 million it raised for fund VI in 2016. Since the last fund, the firm named Hayley Barna a general partner, promoting her from venture partner. She previously was co-founder and co-CEO of Birchbox.
