Industry veterans Marc Mandel and Steve Schrenk are launching a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm to focus on their niche in investment sales. The pair has worked together for more than seven years, most recently at JLL, and partner with a diverse mix of real estate investors focusing on single and multi-tenant net lease assets.

Forged is based in the Philadelphia market and serves real estate investors throughout the U.S. The team represents clients with investment properties through dispositions, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and sale-leasebacks.
