Hill Management Services Making Inroads In Development In Red Lion, Pennsylvania


Quick-serve restaurant Burger King now open and will be joined by Mavis Discount Tire and YourSpaceStorage facility featuring more than 1,000 units and related storage amenities

Hill Management Services, Inc. continues to make significant progress on the development of a mixed-use project located on Cape Horn Road in Red Lion, Pennsylvania and adjacent to Giant Food Stores anchored South Hanover Shopping Center.

Burger King, a quick-serve restaurant chain that is considered the second largest in the world in this category, opened in fall 2020.This operator owns more than 100 Burger King Franchise locations throughout the country. Recognized for its iconic “The Whopper” sandwich, the restaurant offers an assortment of flame-grilled hamburger, chicken and fish items, as well as breakfast options such as pancakes and egg, cheese and sausage sandwiches. The chain recently unveiled new menu items including Cheesy Tots and a chicken sandwich featuring an updated fillet.

Mavis Discount Tire, a national chain automobile repair and service center has signed a lease and expects to be operational in a free-standing building by Winter 2022. This operator has three other locations in the greater Hanover and East York submarkets, making this store their fourth location.

In addition, Peak Management will develop a “YourSpace Storage” self-storage facility at the site, with a projected opening date of summer 2022. It will be designed to include1,008 units, including 744 which offer a climate-controlled environment. The units will range in size from 5’ x 5’, which is the size of a typical walk-in closet, to 10’ x 30’, an area that can store the entire contents of a single-family home. A total of thirteen different-sized units are available to suit the storage needs of consumers and businesses.
