CBRE announced today the hiring of commercial real estate pro Karly Iacono, further enhancing the firm’s prominent Net Lease Property Group. Based in CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office, Karly will provide owners with national expertise on net leased sales and acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and single tenant development in coordination with the National Net Lease Group,led by Will Pike. Karly joins CBRE as a Senior Vice President.

Prior to joining CBRE, Karly served as a First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap where she earned numerous industry recognition and is a two-time recipient of the prestigious National Achievement Award. In 2020 she was honored with the coveted Woman of Influence award by Globe Street.She has also been named as one of the top 40 Under 40 in Commercial Real Estate by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and is frequently spot lighted as a top Woman Executive. In January 2020, Karly launched the widely followed commercial real estate video series ‘CRE Fast Five,’ which details hot topics and real time analysis in the industry.
Karly is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network.
